  • Combine condensed milk and crumbled paneer in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  • Cook over medium-low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • Add milk (optional) and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  • Stir in chopped nuts.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish or similar.
  • Spread evenly and let it cool completely.
  • Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
