As a working mom, I'm always looking for quick and easy recipes that my family will love. This Tex Mex Fusion Skillet Pasta is one of my favorites because it's so flavorful and satisfying, yet it only takes about 30 minutes to make. The best part about this recipe is that it's so versatile. You can use any type of noodles you have on hand, and you can add any vegetables or protein that you like. I've made this recipe with chicken, beef, and even shrimp, and it's always delicious. The secret to this recipe is the sauce. It's made with a combination of milk, cheese, and a little bit of flour. This creates a rich and creamy sauce that coats the noodles and vegetables perfectly. I love serving this Tex Mex Fusion Skillet Pasta with a side of sour cream and salsa. It's also great topped with shredded cheese or guacamole. No matter how you serve it, this recipe is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
