Tips and Tricks for Success

Here are a few tips that I’ve learned along the way to make your One Pot Burrito Bowls even better:

  • Don't Overcook the Rice: Follow the cooking time closely to ensure the rice is perfectly cooked but not mushy.
  • Seasoning is Key: Don’t be shy with the seasoning! Adjust the amount of chili powder and taco seasoning to your preferred spice level.
  • Get Creative with Toppings: Experiment with different toppings to find your favorites. Some of my family’s go-to toppings include shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
