As I was flipping through my recipe book the other day, I came across a recipe for slow cooker beef stroganoff that I had clipped out of a magazine a few months ago. I had saved it with the intention of making it one day, but I had never gotten around to it.

I decided that today was the day to finally try it out. I gathered up all of the ingredients and got started. The first step was to brown the beef in a skillet. Once the beef was browned, I added it to the slow cooker along with the remaining ingredients. I set the slow cooker to low and let it cook for 8 hours. When the stroganoff was done, I served it over hot egg noodles. It was absolutely delicious!

The stroganoff was creamy and flavorful, and the beef was tender and juicy. The whole family loved it, and I will definitely be making it again soon. If you are looking for an easy and delicious slow cooker meal, I highly recommend trying this recipe.
