Step-by-step

  • Spread both slices of bread with mayo (only one side).
  • Place cheese slices on one slice of bread (this will be the bottom of the sandwich).

I’ve been on a bit of a health kick lately, and I’ve been trying to eat more fresh and healthy foods. One of my favorite new recipes is this Havarti Veggie Sandwich. It’s packed with fresh veggies and healthy fats, and it’s so easy to make.
