Step-by-step

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Mix beef and turkey until well mixed.
  • Or you can use all beef or all ground turkey.
  • Put into middle of baking tin and form into loaf,
  • Run your finger down the center of the top of the loaf to form a trough.
  • Chunk potatoes and add to pan around loaf.
  • Fill the trough with BBQ sauce and pour the rest of the BBQ sauce on the potatoes.
  • Add ketchup and water to BBQ sauce bottle and pour into pan.
  • Add enough to fill the roasting pan to almost the top.
  • Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender about 2 hours.
