Step-by-step

  • Melt butter
  • Sautee garlic & red onion
  • Add mushrooms & sautee
  • Add shrimp (if uncooked... otherwise, toss it in @ the end)
  • Add spinach. It seems like a lot, but it shrivels to nothing. Probably can add even more than 4-5 cups!
  • If shrimp is already cooked, add it now to heat through
  • Add pinch of salt & pepper
  • This is of course really versatile, so you can add red pepper, thin sliced zucchinis or whatever sounds yummy
