Seared Salmon with Sesame Bok Choy and Spinach

Browsing through my cookbooks, I came across this wonderful recipe from the Gourmet cookbook for Salmon with Sesame Bok Choy and Spinach. It's a very flavorful dish. I prepared it with Jasmine rice alongside. I suggest having every ingredient prepared and ready to go before starting the salmon, as this recipe will only take less than 10 minutes to cook once your pan is on the fire. Make sure to taste the vegetables before seasoning with salt, as the soy may already give it the flavor needed. Bon Appetit!!

I'm a busy mom of three, and I'm always looking for quick and easy recipes that are also healthy and delicious. This Seared Salmon with Sesame Bok Choy and Spinach is a perfect example. It's a one-pan meal that's ready in under 30 minutes, and it's packed with flavor and nutrients.

The salmon is cooked to perfection, and the bok choy and spinach are tender and flavorful. The sesame seeds add a nice crunch, and the soy sauce gives the dish a savory umami flavor. I served this dish with a side of brown rice, and it was a hit with my family. They loved the combination of flavors and textures, and I loved how easy it was to make.
