Step-by-step

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (fan forced), grease your muffin tray with Canola Oil.
  • Place the slices of Bacon in the muffin tin, wrapping in a circle.
  • Bake the bacon for 10 minutes.
  • Whilst the Bacon is baking, mix together the grated Cheddar Cheese with the Italian Herbs, stir to combine.
  • Remove the Bacon from the oven.
  • Crack 1 egg into each of the cups, sprinkle with the Italian Herb Cheddar Cheese, Salt and Pepper
  • Bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Run a knife around the edge of each cup to loosen and remove.
  • Garnish with Parsley
