I've been experimenting with different ways to use ramen noodles lately, and this Pepperoni Ramen Pizza is one of my favorite creations yet. It's a quick and easy recipe that's perfect for a weeknight dinner or a casual get-together with friends.

The pizza crust is made with ramen noodles, which are boiled and then tossed with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and oregano. The noodles are then spread out evenly in a springform pan and baked until they're golden brown. The result is a crispy and flavorful crust that's perfect for holding all of your favorite pizza toppings.

For the toppings, I used a simple combination of ricotta cheese, Fontina cheese, and pepperoni. But you can really get creative here and use whatever toppings you like. Some other popular options include mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, sausage, bacon, and bell peppers.

Once the pizza is topped, it's baked until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Then it's ready to slice and serve. I like to serve my Pepperoni Ramen Pizza with a side of marinara sauce for dipping, but it's also delicious on its own.

So if you're looking for a quick and easy way to make a delicious and satisfying pizza, give this Pepperoni Ramen Pizza recipe a try. I promise you won't be disappointed!
