  • Tagliate il petto di pollo a cubetti non troppo piccoli e affettate lo scalogno. In una ciotola mescolate 40 g di farina con un cucchiaino di sale e 3 cucchiaini di curry, a questo punto passateci il pollo in modo che risulti ben infarinato.
