  • Preheat oven to 170°C (Fan Forced)
  • Grease a 9 inch Bundt pan with butter
  • Combine Almond Flour and Baking Powder in a large bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
  • Roughly chop the butter into small squares and put in a separate bowl with the Cream Cheese, microwave the Butter and Cream Cheese for 30 seconds.
  • Add Sweetener, Vanilla Essence, Vanilla Paste and Sour Cream to the Butter and Cream cheese mixture. Stir well until totally combined and smooth
  • Add all ingredients (both bowls and eggs) together and mix well
  • Pour Batter into greased Bundt pan, place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick placed in the cake comes out clean
  • Let the cake cool in the pan, mine came out nicely after 1 hour.
