Alternatively, you can mash the bananas with a fork and combine with the rest of the ingredients using a spoon or a spatula. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan before slicing. Store for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
