Step-by-step

  • In a medium sized bowl thaw Shrimp in cold water.
  • Prepare the Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion and Jalapenos. Set aside in fridge.
  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients in the Spice Blend. Set Aside.
  • Cut open the Avocado, discard the pit and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
  • Mash up the Avocado with a fork. Add the Mayonnaise, Lime Juice and Salt. Mix well. You can also put all the mixture into a small food processor and puree until smooth (but not necessary if you don't have a small processor).
  • Cover and refrigerate for the time being.
  • Rinse Shrimp and pat dry on clean kitchen towels or paper towel.
  • In a medium sized bowl mix the Egg and Milk together. Add the shrimp and mix.

  • Heat the Oil in a pan on medium and cook the shrimp, about 1 minute per side.
