Step-by-step

  • Pre-heat the oven to 110°C (Fan Forced)
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper, line the baking paper with paper towel and sprinkle 1 Teaspoon of Salt over the towel.

  • Cover with paper towel and let sit for 20 minutes
  • Remove the Zucchini from the paper towel, discard of the paper towel and layer the Zucchini on the baking paper

  • Lightly spray the Zucchini with Canola Oil.
  • Place in the oven for 1 Hour and 30 Minutes to 2 Hours or until crispy.
  • Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
