Super easy, absolutely delicious! Added only 5 strawberries to blender but it obviously wasnt enough. Next time, increase berries as it should still come out great. Should be able to add chocolate sauce or other goodies (cookies, cookie dough, etc). I LOVE this after its been churning for about 25-30 minutes. DIVINE! Once frozen, its not as good because it gets hard. You just need to let it sit for 15 minutes before eating after its been in freezer.

The taste? Oh my goodness. Rich, creamy, and perfectly vanilla-y. It's the kind of ice cream that makes you forget all about those overly-sweet, store-bought versions. The coconut milk gives it such a luscious texture, a delightful richness that other recipes simply lack. I love experimenting with add-ins, though, and will definitely try a berry variation next time.
I particularly enjoy it slightly soft, straight from the ice cream maker, with a texture resembling soft serve. It's unbelievably decadent. However, if you prefer a firmer consistency, simply freeze it longer. Just remember to let it sit for a few minutes before scooping, otherwise, you might find yourself wrestling with a frozen solid block of creamy goodness.
A few tips I've learned along the way:
