Step-by-step

  • Preheat oven to 180 C
  • Grind sugar into a fine powder and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add butter and powdered sugar and beat until light and creamy.

  • Bake the cookies in preheat oven for 10-12 min.
  • Once done remove from the oven and let it cool down for 2-3 mins.
  • Cookies will be very soft once out ..but it turns crisp and crunchy after cooling.
  • After 3 minutes transfer the cookies to the wired rack and let it cool down completely.
  • Store the cookies in an air tight container.
