Meatloaf

I love meatloaf. I have had many different versions of my Mom's meatloaf over the years. I have loved them all. On August 23, 2007, Mom made meatloaf for my birthday. The version on this occasion turned out extremely well.

I'm a busy mom of three, and I'm always looking for ways to make dinnertime easier. Meatloaf is one of my go-to meals because it's simple to prepare and always a hit with my family.

This particular recipe is one that I've been using for years. It's a classic meatloaf recipe with a few of my own personal touches. I like to use a combination of ground beef and sausage, which gives the meatloaf a nice flavor and texture. I also add a bit of brown sugar to the tomato sauce, which gives it a slightly sweet and tangy flavor. My family loves this meatloaf, and I'm sure yours will too! Let me know in the comment how was it for you.
