using rach chong’s recipe but using huatiao instead of shaoxing wine, marinate chicken for 1-2 hours with wine & salt, oil inner pot with sesame oil, spring onions & ginger, bake on vent, (i choose bake chicken), quick & tasty ðÿ˜‹
